What Does The Enter Restriction Code Message Mean? - The Enter Restriction Code message is displayed by Nokia mobile phones when there is a network restriction active on the phone. If you have attempted to use an alternative network Sim card in your Nokia phone, you will probably see a 'Phone Restricted' message with an 'Undo' option in the corner of the phones screen.
