The Service:

Easy As 1-2-3:

1. Enter your phone details
2. Make a payment of £4.50 (£32.00 for newer Nokia phones)
3. Enter the unlock code in to your phone to remove the network lock (Unlock codes for newer Nokia phones are delievered via email usually within 24 hours, however please allow up to 5 days).

Before You Purchase:

• Is your phone already unlocked? - Always check the phone before purchasing an unlock code as it may already be unlocked. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a phone that is already unlocked.
• Is your phone blocked, barred or blacklisted? - The unlock code we supply for your phone will not remove any restriction on a blocked, barred or blacklisted phone. Mobile phones are blocked, barred or blacklisted if the phone has been reported lost, stolen, damaged or subject to an insurance claim. Mobile phones are also blocked, barred or blacklisted in cases where the phone was subject to contract and the customer failed to pay their bills. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a blocked, barred or blacklisted handset.
• Is your phone damaged? - Please do not purchase an unlock code if your phone is damaged or you have been experiencing problems with your mobile phone. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a damaged phone.
• Are you trying to use a non-compatible network? - Some network sim cards will not operate in some handsets. For example, 3G sim cards will usually not operate in a GSM only handset beause GSM only handsets cannot operate on WCDMA 2100Mhz (the network frequency used by 3G sim cards). If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchasing an unlock code. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock for a phone that will not operate on the network they wish to use.
• Are you trying to remove a security/lock code? - The unlock code we supply will not remove the security/lock code on your phone. If your phone is requesting a security/lock code you will need to visit a Nokia Service Centre for further assistance. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a phone that requires a security/lock code.
• Has your phone been subject to previous unlock attempts? - The unlock code we supply may not unlock your phone if the phone has been subject to a previous unlock attempt. Do not purchase an unlock code if your phone has been subject to a previous unlock attempt. If you do not know the full history of the phone, do not purchase an unlock code because the phone may have previously been subject to an unlock attempt. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a phone that has been subjected to a previous unlock attempt.
• Do you plan to use the phone in a different country? - Although the unlock code we supply will remove the network restriction, your phone may not operate on networks in a country other than the country of origin. If you are unsure, please do not purchase an unlock code until you have verification. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock for a phone that will not operate on the network they wish to use.
• Do you want an unlock code for another purpose? - The unlock code we supply can be used only for the removal of the network restriction. The unlock code we supply does not serve any other purpose and cannot be used on any phone other than the phone for which it was supplied. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock for any purpose other than that of removing the network restriction.
