Is your Blackberry phone damaged? - Please do not purchase an unlock code if your Blackberry phone is damaged or you have been experiencing problems with your Blackberry mobile phone. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a damaged Blackberry phone.
Are you trying to use a non-compatible network? - Some network sim cards will not operate in some Blackberry handsets. For example, 3G sim cards will usually not operate in a GSM only Blackberry handset beause GSM only Blackberry handsets cannot operate on WCDMA 2100Mhz (the network frequency used by 3G sim cards). If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchasing a Blackberry unlock code. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock for a Blackberry phone that will not operate on the network they wish to use.
Are you trying to remove a security/lock code? - The Blackberry unlock code we supply will not remove the security/lock code on your Blackberry phone.
