2. Your unlock code will be delivered to the email address you supply when ordering within 24 hours
3. Enter the unlock code in to your smartphone to remove the network lock.

Before You Purchase:

• Is your smartphone already unlocked? - Always check the phone before purchasing a smartphone unlock code as it may already be unlocked. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a smartphone that is already unlocked.
• Is your smartphone blocked, barred or blacklisted? - The smartphone unlock code we supply for your phone will not remove any restriction on a blocked, barred or blacklisted phone. Smartphones are blocked, barred or blacklisted if the phone has been reported lost, stolen, damaged or subject to an insurance claim. Smartphones are also blocked, barred or blacklisted in cases where the phone was subject to contract and the customer failed to pay their bills. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a blocked, barred or blacklisted smartphone.
• Is your smartphone damaged? - Please do not purchase an unlock code if your smartphone is damaged or you have been experiencing problems with your smartmobile phone. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a damaged smartphone.
• Are you trying to use a non-compatible network? - Some network sim cards will not operate in some smartphones. For example, 3G sim cards will usually not operate in a GSM only smartphone beause GSM only smartphones cannot operate on WCDMA 2100Mhz (the network frequency used by 3G sim cards). If you are unsure, please contact us prior to purchasing a smartphone unlock code. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock for a smartphone that will not operate on the network they wish to use.
• Are you trying to remove a security/lock code? - The smartphone unlock code we supply will not remove the security/lock code on your smartphone. If your smartphone is requesting a security/lock code you will need to visit a smartphone Service Centre for further assistance. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a smartphone that requires a security/lock code.
• Has your smartphone been subject to previous unlock attempts? - The smartphone unlock code we supply may not unlock your smartphone if the phone has been subject to a previous unlock attempt. Do not purchase a smartphone unlock code if your smartphone has been subject to a previous unlock attempt. If you do not know the full history of the phone, do not purchase a smartphone unlock code because the phone may have previously been subject to an unlock attempt. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock code for a smartphone that has been subjected to a previous unlock attempt.
• Do you plan to use the phone in a different country? - Although the smartphone unlock code we supply will remove the network restriction, your smartphone may not operate on networks in a country other than the country of origin. If you are unsure, please do not purchase a smartphone unlock code until you have verification. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing an unlock for a smartphone that will not operate on the network they wish to use.
• Do you want a smartphone unlock code for another purpose? - The smartphone unlock code we supply can be used only for the removal of the network restriction. The smartphone unlock code we supply does not serve any other purpose and cannot be used on any smartphone other than the smartphone for which it was supplied. Refunds cannot be issued to customers purchasing a smartphone unlock code for any purpose other than that of removing the network restriction.
