Have just written an extensive review for giffgaff without realising I needed a customer account to post! The service was great. I was suspicious when the email redirected me to their web-messaging service rather than containing the code as initially stated, but all was well and after answering one question, the code was supplied and my phone is now unlocked. Happy!
