Have just written an extensive review for giffgaff without realising I needed a customer account to post! The service was great. I was suspicious when the email redirected me to their web-messaging service rather than containing the code as initially stated, but all was well and after answering one question, the code was supplied and my phone is now unlocked. Happy!

Fantastic service. Requested code at 10pm and received it within minutes. Entered first code as instructed and hey presto the phone unlocked immediately. The phone was locked to Virgin and despite several requests over the last 2months and despite several assurances that they were dealing with it nothing happened. I had been given a free SIM by Talk Talk as part of my package and was really frustrated that I could not use it. So glad I came across this site. Highly recommended yay.png

Submitted unlock request for ZTE blade A112 and received code 10hrs later, well within claimed time window. Code unlocked phone within minutes as hoped. Clearly, NOT a scam as I'd feared.
